In case of online download, the report will be delivered to you online/by email within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. However, in case of physical delivery of the print copy of the report, we will courier the report within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of payment.

Refunds may occasionally be offered (under special conditions) solely at the discretion of the management. Our research and reports are information and analysis contained in a digital form. Due to this nature of the products, refunds cannot be granted, once a report has been dispatched.
